Judge E. Leo Milonas graduated from Brooklyn Law School with an LLB in 1960.  He served as an Associated Justice for the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department from 1982 to 1998 and he was Chief Administrative Judge of the State of New York from 1993 to 1995. He has also served as President of the New York City Bar association from 2002 to 2004 and is currently a partner at the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he specializes in complex commercial litigation, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution.
